Skilled Recognised Graduate

This visa allows you and any secondary applicants included in your visa application to remain in Australia for up to 18 months with no restrictions on work or study.

This visa is for you if you :

completed an Engineering degree at University of Indonesia and Bandung Institute of Technology in the last two years

you must be under 31 years old

you must demonstrate that you have at least competent English.

As a holder of this visa, you may apply for permanent residence at any time if you are able to meet the pass mark on the General Skilled Migration points test.

have skills in particular occupations required in Australia.

over 18 and under 45 years of age,

be able to speak english fluently

Business Migration

For business people to establish a business in Australia, manage a new or existing business or invest in Australia. These are temporary visas that offer a pathway to a permanent visa.

Business Assets	The annual turnover of your main business (or two main businesses combined) was at least A$300,000 in at least two of the four fiscal years immediately before you apply. Total assets	Your (and your spouse's combined) total assets have a net value of at least AUD$250,000 and were legally acquired and are capable of being transferred to Australia within two years of being granted this visa. Must also have additional assets for settlement	Your (and your spouse's) total assets have a net value of at least A$500,000, and were legally acquired and are capable of being transferred to Australia within two years of being granted this visa. Must also have additional assets for settlement
English ability	Vocational – can pay 2nd installment fee if you have poor English	MUST have vocational (must score the IELTS test at least 5 for each of the components.
